storage space
Happy October 1 -
Autumn nesting mode. Pondering ideas for organizing my ultra small sewing space/living space for better storage for my small yarn stash, (currently in plastic bins in closet). Two main criteria in mind: I can't afford to get fancy, or bring in a lot of additional stuff. I try to only add items that can be easily repurposed in the future. I like the simple bookshelf-bin idea for both yarn and craft books and would love a bulletin board in my sewing area. These would help to keep the chaos to a minimum, which is always challenging when not having dedicated craft space. In consolation, I tell myself that I am much more immersed in the creating process, literally and figuratively, than if I were to compartmentalize. So yes, a bookshelf /shelving unit makes a lot of sense right now!
